The company specializes in executing value-add and opportunistic opportunities across the country. BC Capital Partners was started by Fred Bijou and Abe Cohen. Fred has a great deal of experience in the real estate business completing over $300M in New York real estate brokerage transactions.
Abe is currently the President of Conway Capital where he has acquired over 45 buildings in New York City and Brooklyn. Our team leverages proven expertise and a diverse set of capabilities across development, financing and sourcing to provide superior risk-adjusted returns for our investors.
